It is carefully aged for 15 months to fully develop its complex flavor and ever-so-slight crumble. The lucky winner of this auction item will take home Beecher's famous "Colossal Cut" cheese. The biggest block of Flagship you'll ever see! This monolithic triangle of Beecher's Flagship Cheese is an 8 lb. triangle of Beecher's signature Flagship cheese in a display box. Make room on your counter and your fridge! Take a picture of it and amaze your friends before diving in to eat it! Or cook with it and make delicious cheese dishes like mac and cheese. FYI, this cheese usually sells for around $20-25 per pound. The cheese must be kept refrigerated.
